We started this blog so anybody can find out about the Start Up Donut, our exciting website that will help new businesses get the information they need to succeed. We launched Start Up Donut in August 2009.

The Start Up Donut is owned and run by BHP Information Solutions. We enable large organisations to gain access to the vast small business marketplace. We also connect business advisers, consultants, mentors and trainers with small business managers who may need their services.
We are the team behind the new marketing resource for UK SMEs, the Marketing Donut, with support from Google and Royal Mail. Our Law Donut site answers al the legal questions that a small business has – over 1,300 of them.
